London SE1 is one of London’s most attractive business and leisure locations, and is within easy walking distance are famous London attractions such as The Old and Young Vic Theatres and the lively South Bank leisure scene, including the National Theatre, the Tate Modern and the Globe Theatre. The area is replete with restaurants, bars and other attractions.

Further evidence of the success of Southwark is the influx into the area of so many well-known companies and organisations that have chosen to locate in SE1. A selection of these names is shown on the maps on these pages.

Southwark Tube Station is 150 yards or so away, and Jubilee line services link with Bond Street in seven minutes. London Bridge mainline and underground Stations are just one stop away. Waterloo underground and mainline station is within a five minutes walking distance.

Significant improvements to the Central London and the SE1 transport infrastructure have taken place in the last few years. The Jubilee Line extension has taken the underground network to Canary Wharf and on to Stratford. The Thameslink Programme is extending Thameslink services through Blackfriars Station to a number of new destinations in the South East. Finally, Crossrail services will be reached from Farringdon Station, just two stops from Blackfriars Station when they commence in 2019.
