Like the other Valentine Offices properties on the North Side of Valentine Place, this warehouse building has been comprehensively refurbished to create two, multi-floor office suites: The Second and Third Floors form one suite and the Lower Ground, Ground and First Floor forms the other suite. Using a common entrance, all of the building occupiers are able to have secure 24 hour access. The exterior of the building retains period features such as lift hoists and pulley equipment that is redolent of the building’s former use. Inside, the property retains the period touches that can also be seen in the other Valentine Offices warehouse conversions including exposed brickwork and metal pillars. Perhaps the most memorable architectural feature is the distinctive round windows set into the brickwork of the apex at each end of the building in the third floor office space.
